We hired Rainbow Prestige for our son's wedding.

It would be difficult to put in to just a few words their performance on the day.
First and foremost they were very punctual and from the start of the day they would have been at our 'beck and call' if we had wanted them.

The drivers were immaculately turned out and the cars were gleaming. We had 2 drivers, both drivers I would have to say that they could not have done enough for us. Their professionalism and courteousness is to be highly commended.

We were picked up in plenty time and had the most enjoyable, relaxing run through from Peterhead to Aberdeen. The drivers were fully aware of the traffic conditions and roadworks beforehand. (Of which there were plenty on that day!)

However it was not until we had all arrived at the venue, in plenty time I have to say, that Rainbow Prestige really stepped up their game. On arrival at the venue, the groom suddenly realized he had forgotten the rings!! The driver very quickly took control and offered to drive back to Peterhead, (70 mile round trip) pick up the rings and return to the wedding venue. I handed him my house keys and told him where the rings were. He drove back to Peterhead, found the rings and returned. He arrived safe and well with the rings intact.

This is the story we talk about most when we reflect on the wedding day. Rainbow's willingness to provide a service above and beyond is second to none in our eyes.

The coaches and service were great, in fact one of the Canadians mentioned that is was a joy travelling on the coach as the driver took his time and when we reached Crathes drove very carefully over the bumps. Everyone commented on how lovely the coach was so many thanks again. The coaches were lovely, so comfortable and the driver was so nice and helpful. The only thing that let us down was the weather but nothing we can do about that so much for June!
